Service Description

At Whare Manaaki, our kaupapa is all about uplifting wāhine — all wāhine — by fostering connection, reflection, and empowerment. Our Women of Worth program provides a safe and supportive space where wāhine come together in a circle of trust to explore their potential and reclaim their personal power and inner worth. The program includes two cornerstone offerings designed to inspire and create lasting change: Women of Worth 10-Week Journey This transformative journey runs twice a year for ten weeks, offering wāhine a nurturing environment to: Reflect on their stories and aspirations. Develop confidence through guided communication and self-discovery. Reclaim their inner mana and build stronger connections with themselves and others. Move Up Programme Move Up is a 10-session program held once a week, providing a personalized approach within a facilitated group setting. Using practical tools and strategies, wāhine can explore changes across seven key life areas. Small, intentional steps in these areas can lead to significant transformations. On this course, wāhine will: Discover their worth, strengths, and how to use them. Identify and develop valuable skills and talents. Learn tools and strategies for overcoming challenges and building resilience. Create a realistic, actionable plan for achieving their aspirations. Celebrate their journey with others in a supportive and fun group setting. At Whare Manaaki, we honor the unique journey of every wāhine, offering guidance and community for wāhine ready to embrace their potential and shape a brighter future for themselves and their whānau.
